Refund Policy

All sales are final. ttradingg sells digital products and digital community access. Once a payment has been processed and access or download has been granted, no refunds will be issued.

Rical EA (one-time)

The Rical .ex5 file is delivered electronically and cannot be "returned." All purchases are final.

Community subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Exceptions

If there is a billing error or duplicate charge, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund the erroneous amount.
